Job Description

A Senior Alliances Manager Team Lead for Central/Southern EU Alliances, focusing on DACH, is needed to “servant lead” a team of 3 Senior Partner Managers who run regional EU Partners at Tier 1 level; Big4, GSIs, ERP Vendors and ISVs. 60% Management, 40 % hands-on Partner Management.

With experience in the Tax SaaS or E-invoicing SaaS space (Tax is preferable in this case, but all applications considered), you’ll join the team that spearheads Big4 Relationships in the DACH region (as well as France & Iberia) for a Major Global provider of Tax & E-invoicing Solutions.

As Senior Partner Manager Team Lead for EU Alliances your Senior-level team will evangelise this crucial solution suite that provides full compliance to the upcoming global Tax & E-Invoicing / Continuous Transaction Control (CTC) measures being brought in for inter-country business operations to at least 35 major economies by 2025 alone. This is one of the single most pressing issues for CFOs and FDs in their departments, and Advisory Partners are queuing for this solution to address this. This uniquely positioned provider holds the key to solving this complex area.

Salary: €100k – €120k base + variable + excellent benefits
Location: Germany – 1 day a week in the office (open to flexibility there).
Travel – 30% global and domestic travel (open to conversation here)

Partners include SAP, Amazon Business , Oracle, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, Accenture. Workday, GEP Worldwide, Unit4 and Ricoh to integrate their offering that 100% assures compliance for CFOs and FDs. This IS the only fully permeated, end-to-end compliant solution on the market and even with these Partners established, this is only the tip of the iceberg. As Alliances Manager you’ll run the high-level operational relationships with Tax Advisory teams across those Partner regions, whilst supporting the 3 other Partner Managers with their Partner workflows.

A Senior Alliances Manager Team Lead, you’ll have great client reach with strong USPs in the Tax / E-invoicing space to educate the market with. Germany-based you’ll be able to grow Regional Alliance accounts with a wealth of talent in colleagues alongside you in direct sales, marketing, implementation and solutions consulting.

The role will onboard and enable Partner alliances, liaising with Tax Advisory Teams, Product, IT and Sales to handle product alignment.

Essentials:
Either – An Alliances Manager currently dealing with the Big4
Or – An Alliance Manager for one of the Big4
Fluent German & English to Business Level
Tax experience is highly advantageous
Understanding of ERP Finance / Financial Dept Software as a Service (e.g. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable SaaS) – anything close to the E-invoicin
Strong B2B Technology-oriented sales – understands technical integrations to a high-level and be able to consultative sell the benefits of Partner relations.
Conversant for stakeholder-management, around API integrations with potential Regional or Global Partners.
