Job Description

Are you a Partner Sales Manager? Do you sell to Partners in the ERP / B2B Software domain? Have you brought on 3rd party Partners who resell and implement ERP/workflow oriented solutions?

Our recently IPO’ed Global Procure-to-Pay/Order-to-Cash ERP Software Provider has already partnered globally with SAP, Ricoh, Unit4 and Workday to provide documentation compliance solutions alongside their global offering of a fully inter-operable supplier e-invoicing network solution . They’re looking for a Partner Sales Manager to both develop and recruit their partner relations within the DACH region. Having seen sales rise 20% on 2020 pre-Covid targets and significant interest from featuring in the Gartner Magic Quadrant and Tier 1 vendors they’re competing against, they now offer multiple Partner case studies and direct customer implementation case studies, for you to leverage in persuading and recruiting new Partners. 

Salary: €60k – €80k, + €30k – €50k OTE (uncapped) + healthcare, car, pension, benefits
Location: Germany-wide remote – offices in Dusseldorf, Germany

A growing brand, doubling in head count and now kicking on with that growth in 2022. As Partner Sales Manager, you’ll have great client reach with strong USPs in the AP / AR workflow digital transformation space. 

You’ll run current DACH Partners, but have the direct sales ability to research, recruit and enable new Partners, including ERP Vendors, ISVs, Systems Integrators and Consultancy Partners. You’ll be part of a 20 person global Partner Sales Manager team, reporting to the VP. 

Essentials

  • Strong B2B Partner Sales Manager – understands technical integrations to a high-level and be able to consultative sell the benefits of partner relations 
  • Native German speaker and business-level English fluency 
  • Conversant around API integrations with potential Regional Partners. 
  • Comfortable selling and relationship building with Chief Product Officers and senior Product specialists within prospective partners 
  • Understand ERP workflows / solutions (highly desirable)
