Job Description
A Head of Professional Services is required to scale up a team of 3 to 5 this year, with double growth next year, for an exciting, profitable AI provider that is helping save £mns to Fortune 500s in invoice errors. Clients include more than a dozen Fortune 250s, and turnover has doubled to £6m this year, with similar growth percentage projected over the next 3 years and a headcount raise from 60 to 120 by the end of this year.

Your team of 3 would currently service 100 customers, albeit many in the Fortune 500, with short integrations and support. Projects sit at around 8 – 12 weeks and are elegant in their simplicity. You’ll be able to mentor them technically (not Solutions Consultant level, but with enough technical detail to not be out of your depth in consultant conversations), understanding how to implement into ERP Systems, financial system but able to take a strategic view delivering services.
Working closely with Customer Success and Sales teams, ensuring the seamless transition of our corporate customers onto their platform.
Essentials
Leadership – scaled experience leading a team of at least 12 Implementations people
Experience inputting tools and process improvements for seamless delivery
Strong Project Delivery background
Experience in the AR / AP Automation, Einvoicing, Procure-to-Pay or Order-to-Cash SaaS Space.
