A huge opportunity for a Global Sales Director to develop the GTM, build an initial 7-head team and sell a Global E-invoicing offering, could represent one of the biggest plays in this SaaS Market by a Decacorn SaaS Business.
The business is a proud flagship brand in the B2B SaaS Space, relating to the Office of the CFO and developing globally-reknowned solutions for the Mid Market and Enterprise Space.
The Global Sales Director will leverage their own mix of sales leadership, enablement, hands-on deal support, GTM / Product build, team building and entrepreneurship to bring urgency and traction to the market in the form of this Global Einvoicing SaaS proposition. The solution includes fully permeated compliance to the new CTC e-invoicing mandates, as this legislation’s influence affects more and more countries over the next 5 years and beyond – an existential consideration for CFOs of Global Mid-Market, Corporate and Fortune500s.
The opportunity features significant equity, a very strong OTE and package and a clear exit strategy with a global client base to leverage and carte blanche of global coverage for acquiring net new logos. As well as your own expertise in the space, you’ll have Einvoicing SME’s to support the teams growth and enablement across the EU. This, combined with a host of co-selling Partners in their eco-system, and some major brands also re-selling their products, the stage is set for extraordinary growth.
Location: UK or EU wide, with a preference in the UK, but not prohibitively so.
Salary: Extremely competitive (ranging from SD level to VP/SVP level) but based on experience + excellent package + vesting stock with an undefined, but likely pending liquidity event.
Essentials
- Global Sales Director Experience, having run a team of 8 – 10 AEs.
- Able to develop sales cadence, enablement as well as be hands on, in the support of Mid-Market and Enterprise deals
- Global E-invoicing Compliance knowledge – proven, sustained E-invoicing and closely related SaaS GTM experience
- Experience to a consultative level on CTC einvoicing mandates to help clients negotiate the landscapes, as well as mentoring Account Executives, BDRs and Solutions Engineers
- Proven background bringing input into the GTM and Product Development with the Executive
