The Role:
As the Senior Sales Director, you will:
- Lead a team of 20 experienced sales professionals across multiple European countries.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed a multi-million-euro revenue quota (€XXm).
- Drive growth by selling our Tax Determination and Legal SaaS solutions to global enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align team goals with organizational objectives.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation within the team.
- Build and nurture relationships with key enterprise stakeholders to expand market presence.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to ensure competitive positioning.
What You Bring:
- Proven Leadership: Demonstrable experience leading successful sales teams (10+ members), preferably in SaaS or enterprise solutions, with a focus on tax, legal, or compliance technology.
- Sales Expertise: A track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a global enterprise environment.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish or Dutch (essential).
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to design and implement effective sales strategies across diverse markets.
- Relationship Builder: Strong ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Results-Driven: Adept at navigating complex sales cycles with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
