Job Description

An Account Executive is required to bring on new logos for an IPO’ed, Hyper-Growth Procure-to-Pay / E-Invoicing SaaS Provider. As Account Executive, you will sell full end-to-end solutions to Fortune1000 clients (including major Fortune100s). You’ll be joining the UK & Ireland hub of a 500 person Global Procure-to-Pay SaaS Provider that just hit 30% YoY growth to $72m dollars globally. Their solution breaks through barriers,  providing CFOs with piece of mind compliance that is as fundamental to Procure-to-Pay process and is unanswerable by any competition. You’ll be selling to mid-markets as well as to enterprise Shared Services, too.

Salary: €65k – €90k base + €40k – €60k OTE first year, uncapped
Location: Ireland (remote, but WeWork office available in Dublin) 

As Account Executive the solutions you will be selling include: 

  • ERP-related automation workflow tools around the full purchase-to-pay lifecycle – highly relevant to digital transformations of the back-office for Fortune100s 
  • Compliance offerings that allow a gateway for Fortune100s to procure/trade in Europe in one convenient portal. 

The Account Executive Role: 

  • Solution selling to current and new Fortune1000 clients 
  • Create sales quotations in Salesforce 
  • Coordinate sales proposals & RFP responses alongside the Presales team 
  • Account manage relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements 
  • Identify product improvements / new products from the industry, market activities, and competitors 
  • Present the company and conduct high-level demos to prospects 
  • Maintain professional & technical knowledge by attending educational workshops on the software and audience; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; & participating in professional societies 

Essentials: 

  • Account Executive who can sell solutions from lead, through solution-sell, to closure across the sales life-cycle, to Fortune1000 (ideally Fortune100) 
  • A Hunter but able to provide good Account Management of clients grown (build AND nurture) 
  • Knowledge of selling ERP based software solutions. 
  • Able to travel 20%, post-covid restrictions. 

Beneficials: 

  • Background from a Procure-to-Pay or similar E-invoicing related SaaS Provider 
  • Tax Compliance Software Sales 
  • Experience working with Salesforce 
  • Formal sales techniques e.g. SPIN, etc
