Job Description
An Account Executive is required for a Procure-to-Pay SaaS Provider, to sell to Fortune1000 clients (including major Fortune100s). You’ll be targeted at $300k – $400k with an OTE of $65k on top of the salary (experience dependent) of $90k – $120k. This is uncapped but a realistic expectation. You’ll be joining an exciting expansion team of a 400 person Global Procure-to-Pay SaaS Provider that are seeing strong figures during lockdown.
Location: Melbourne, Australia (remote role fine)
As Account Executive the solutions you will be selling include:
- ERP-related automation workflow tools around the full purchase-to-pay lifecycle – highly relevant to digital transformations of the back-office for Fortune100s
- Compliance offerings that allow a gateway for Fortune100s to procure/trade in Europe in one convenient portal.
The Account Executive Role:
- Solution selling to current and new Fortune1000 clients
- Create sales quotations in Salesforce
- Coordinate sales proposals & RFP responses alongside the Presales team
- Account manage relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements
- Identify product improvements / new products from the industry, market activities, and competitors
- Present the company and conduct high-level demos to prospects
- Maintain professional & technical knowledge by attending educational workshops on the software and audience; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; & participating in professional societies
Essentials:
- Account Executive with Solution Selling of Software to Fortune1000 (ideally Fortune100)
- A Hunter but able to provide good Account Management of clients grown (build AND nurture)
- Knowledge of selling ERP, Purchase-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, Source-to-Pay, E-invoicing or Order-to-Cash software solutions
- Hitting similar or greater targets than that shown in Software Sales
- Comfortable and excited to be the 6th head in a small but rapidly expanding team that covers the whole of North America
- Able to travel 30% of the time
